By using the Florink Employee Portal, you agree to the following terms:

1. Account & Authentication Your employer's accounting firm has registered you on the Florink platform. You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential. Do not share your PIN with anyone.

2. SMS Notifications By using the Employee Portal, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Florink, including: - One-time verification codes for login and PIN reset - Payroll notifications (e.g., paystub availability) You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on account activity.

3. Data Usage Your personal information (name, email, phone number) is used solely for payroll processing and account authentication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Paystub & Tax Documents Documents available through the portal (paystubs, W-2, W-4) are provided by your employer through their accounting firm. Florink is a software platform and does not provide tax or legal advice.

5. Limitation of Liability Florink provides this portal as-is. We are not responsible for errors in payroll data entered by your employer or their accounting firm.

6. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
